INTRODUCTION (11pt) Manuscripts is written in Bahasa or English with Times New Roman letters, 1 (one) column, 1 space of density, on A4 paper. The author is asked to send in the form of a file which is typed in the MS-Word program. The number of paragraphs is not limited but must include the background, the purpose of the research, the position of the research to previous research and the novelty of the research. A few of theoretical basis that is directly related to the contents of the article can be included. No headings (sub-chapters) need to be made in the part of introduction.

RESEARCH METHOD (11pt) The research method consists of 2 sub chapters, such as tools and materials and the course of the research. If the data analysis is specific, or the method of analysis is new, then the Data Analysis sub-section can be added. Sub chapters are written without numbering or bullets. Tools and Materials Include large tools or special tools used in research along with their brands, types, and specifications. The tools that are commonly used in laboratory experiments such as glassware, napkins, scalpels, etc., do not need to be listed. Specific / specific tools, such as self-designed tools, or the results of modification of standard equipment must be included in the scheme / picture / photo. The degrees and specifications of the ingredients, brands and suppliers for each ingredient must be stated. The sex, strain, age, and average body weight and SD of the tested animal should be reported in this section. If simplicia is obtained from self-collection of living plants as far as possible, include the age of the plant / fruit / leaf position, month of collection, and time of collection. If from the purchase the source of the purchase must be mentioned. The Path of Research This section contains the course of research specifically used in research. Simple workflows do not need to be schematic. Common ways of working do not need to be explained in detail. Long research steps can be made in sub-chapters of the stages of research by numbering Arabic numbers. 1. Step I of the research Explain the research steps briefly but clearly so as to allow other studies to do the same results 2. Step II of the research etc.

Data Analysis : New data analysis methods must be explained in detail with their formulas (equations). If the text contains more than 3 equations, then the equation number must be given.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION (11pt) The results and discussion contain three things, namely (1) description and (2) interpretation of the results of the research and (3) discussion (comparison) of our results with the results of previous studies. If the results and discussion section are very long, sub-chapters can be made with Arabic numeric numbers. The description of the results can be in the form of tables and figures with numbered sequence (Table uses roman numerical order, Figure uses Arabic numerical order) according to its location on the script like the following example: Table I. Isolation results, purification and yield of 1-N- (2-nitrobenzil) compound -1,10-phenantrolinium chloride Isolation Product Group (grams) Yield (%) Purification Results 1 0.1302 37.00 0.1199 2 0.1153 32.78 0.1107 3 0.0976 27.74 0.0923 4 0.0773 21.98 * 0.0712 Description: Ex 1: 2-nitrobenzyl chloride ratio: 1,10-phenanthroline monohydrate = 1 : 1 Ex 2: 2-nitrobenzyl chloride ratio: 1,10-phenanthroline monohydrate = 3: 1 Ex 3: 2-nitrobenzyl chloride ratio: 1,10-phenanthroline monohydrate = 5: 1 Ex 4: 2-nitrobenzyl chloride ratio: 1 , 10-phenanthroline monohydrate = 7: 1 The results of Isolation, Rendement and Purification are derived from an average of 3 data. * showed significant differences to group 1 (Anova statistical test with continued LSD test, P = 95%) before purification After Purification Figure 1. Compound N- (2-nitrobenzil) -1,10-phenantrolinium chloride before and after purification

CONCLUSION (11pt ) Conclusions are made in one paragraph, without citation.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS (11pt) If deemed necessary, for example donors of funds, technicians, and discussion partners, can be written in this section.

REFERENCES (11pt) Bibliography is prioritized in the last 10 years (minimum 75% of the minimum 10 references referred). Bibliography is written in alphabetical order in chronological order without the serial number (Harvard System). Bibliography is the latest reference. Journals, bulletins, and periodicals.
